left once training has been conducted, so far as the application
of skills learned is concerned. To counter this potentially
costly situation, Scimitar specialise in providing Operational
Support to organisations to ensure that skills learned during
training are applied and standards are maintained through
a combination of mentoring, shadowing and overwatch.
Similarly Scimitar will also provide manpower to undertake
operational duties such as the manning of operations rooms
and control rooms whilst allowing clients’ personnel
to shadow and learn on-the-job, such that at the appropriate
time, there is a hand-over of capability to the client.
